After we have shipped your order, we will email a P.I.N. number to the email address you provided on your order form so that you can track the progress of your shipment.

We encourage you to make sure you have ordered enough product for your project, as you are not able to combine multiple orders over time to receive free shipping. It should also be noted that our shipping rates cover ground shipping only and does not cover special express shipping along with brokerage fees and duties.

If your shipment arrives damaged , inspect the condition of the goods before the courier driver leaves. Shipments to most points in Canada & the U.S.A. will arrive between 7 to 10 business days from the time your order is received.

Note: It may take up to 48 hours before your P.I.N. will show up in the courier tracking system.
