Shipping:

EZ Snap ships to all points in the U.S.A and Canada. We will ship your product directly from our facility to you via one of our preferred couriers.

EZ Snap provides FREE Shipping to all orders over the $225 amount.

There are no additional customs or brokerage charges. Your shipping costs will be either $14, $28 or FREE, depending on the dollar size of your order. Shipping costs are the same wether your located in Canada or the U.S.A.

Tracking your shipment:

When you place your order, we will email a P.I.N. number to the email address you provide in your order form so that you can track the progress of your shipment. Allow up to 2 Business Days before you can track your shipment.

We encourage you to make sure you have ordered enough product for your project, as you are not able to combine multiple orders over time to receive free shipping. It should also be noted that our shipping rates cover ground shipping only and does not cover special express shipping along with brokerage fees and duties. If your shipment arrives damaged , inspect the condition of the goods before the courier driver leaves. Shipments to most points in Canada & the U.S.A. will arrive between 7 to 10 business days from the time your order is received.

Refunds and Returns:

When you receive your EZ Snap product and you are not satisfied for any reason simply call our customer service department at 1-877-439-7627. We work hard to make sure all of our customers are satisfied. If we are unable to help you with your concern, and you still wish to return it, you simply need to ship it pre-paid to our address using a shipping method of your choice.

We do not accept collect shipments. You will need to ship your product back to us pre-paid, in the same package it was delivered in, uncut, unused and clean. Once your product arrives as described above we will issue you a full refund less a twenty five percent restocking charge. You will also need to request a Return Authorization Number from our customer service department before you return any product. Any brokerage fees or customs fees are also your responsibility.

What is Covered

EZ Snap exterior shade mesh and RV Skirting are warranted against original defects in materials or workmanship for the original purchaser of the product provided that:

1. The product was properly installed on a residential dwelling(Shading mesh) or personal R.V. unit ( R.V. Skirting);
2. The product is a genuine EZ Snap product;
3. Warranty applies to the fabric and original purchaser only.
4. EZ Snap recommendations were followed with regard to installation, limitations and specifications

Who is Covered

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the above stated EZ Snap shade mesh and is not transferable.

Obligations to the Consumer

The obligations of EZ Snap shades are limited to the replacement of material found to be defective. EZ Snap is not responsible for shipping costs or labor costs for measuring and taking the shade down or reinstalling the product. If replacements are made under this warranty, the replacements will be made with same or similar material.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover conditions or damages caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, or failure to follow instructions for measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance. In addition, normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. Although the mesh has lots of UV inhibitors, all fabrics can lose original intensity after long exposure to the sun. When left for extended periods in direct sunlight, all shading mesh can be subject to color fade, cracking or delaminating. EZ Snap considers these things normal wear and tear and is not covered by this warranty.

• This Warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other written or oral warranties or obligations and liabilities. No person is authorized to extend or alter this warranty.
• EZ Snaps shall have no liability whatsoever for incidental or consequential damages.
• Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
