EZ Snap ships to all points in the U.S.A and Canada. We will ship your product directly to you via one of our preferred couriers. When you order from our facility, we will email you a tracking number to the email address you provide in your order form so that you can track the progress of your shipment.  EZ Snap gives FREE Shipping to all orders over the $225 amount.

  We encourage you to make sure you have ordered enough product for your project as you are not able to combine multiple orders over time to receive free shipping. It should also be noted that our shipping rates cover ground shipping only and does not cover special express shipping along with brokerage fees and duties. If you shipment arrives damaged , inspect the condition of the goods before the courier driver leaves.

  When you receive your EZ Snap product and you are not satisfied for any reason simply call our customer service department at 1-877-439-7627. We work hard to make sure all of our customers are satisfied. If we are unable to help you with your concern, and you still wish to return it, you simply need to ship it pre-paid to our address using a shipping method of your choice. You will need to ship your product back to us in the same package it was delivered in, uncut, unused and clean. We do not accept collect shipments. Once your product arrives as described above we will issue you a refund less a 20% restocking charge.
